Edwin Alán Ramírez Contreras is part of Guerrero Santana’s Legal Department as Legal Staff. He is currently studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Guadalajara campus, where he is specializing in International Commercial Law and Arbitration.
He has experience in corporate law and compliance. Within the firm, he participates in the review of legal documentation, as well as in the management and monitoring of various projects, contributing to the proper compliance with legal and corporate processes for clients.
He stands out for his analytical skills, research abilities, and strategic thinking, qualities that strengthen his performance in resolving legal issues. Proficient in Spanish and English (B2 level).
Among his academic achievements, he was recognized as an outstanding speaker and gave the best oral presentation in the 2024 Moot Court Competition before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. He also participated as master of ceremonies in the 12th Law Congress at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
