Has been in Guerrero Santana for 11 years since joining in 2008. He has experience in reports to the area of foreign investment of the Ministry of Economy, procedures before the Procurator for the Defense of Taxpayers and negotiations with the Tax Administration Service. Likewise, he is the leader of the opinion area for compliance with social security obligations before the IMSS and Infonavit.
Gabriel obtained a degree from the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac, where he also studied a diploma in tax and accounting update. On the other hand, he has two specialties from the Universidad Panamericana, one in Taxes and another in Corporate Law.
Before collaborating for our firm, he worked in other international firms in the audit and tax areas. In the same way he collaborated for Kodak de México in the areas of comptroller and taxes. Later, he worked for Technicolor Mexicana as head of the fiscal area.
Expert in advising important national and international companies for the fulfillment of their tax obligations and calculations of deferred taxes, as well as reporting to the corporate, transfer of shares, mergers, liquidations, recovery of balances in favor of taxes, analysis and integration of tax accounts.
